05.09.2022Special event "ISSI meets UZH Space Hub" on September 23rd

The International Space Science Institute (ISSI) is an Institute of Advanced Study where scientists from all over the world meet in a multi- and interdisciplinary setting to reach out for new scientific horizons. The program of ISSI covers a wide spectrum of disciplines including the physics of the solar system and planetary sciences, astrophysics and cosmology, Earth sciences and astrobiology. 

Michael Rast, Director of Earth Sciences at ISSI, will give an overview of ISSI’s working philosophy with a special focus on its ‘Tools’ and activities in Earth Sciences.

Through this event we would like to offer the Space Community the possibility to discover the activities of ISSI, how UZH members can benefit, contribute and extend the network.

The event will take place in person at University of Zurich main building on September 23, at 13:30. It  is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. Find here the full program and registration
