ESA Astronaut Selection

ESA Astronaut Application

The best job offer on this planet: ESA is recruiting new Astronauts. In the 45 years of the European Space Agency (ESA) existence, this is the third call for an ESA Astronaut Selection. But the selection 2021 is revolutionary. Not only because our new astronauts must be prepared to venture far from Earth, to the Moon and probably to Mars. Candidates who are successful throughout the entire selection process, but are not recruited, will be offered the possibility to join the astronaut reserve. Members of the ESA astronaut reserve can be called for specific spaceflight missions, if and when they arise: You don't have to quit your job to become an astronaut. It is now or never: Grab your chance!
